the HIATUS始動時と今を比べてみると、近年の細美は「東北ライブハウス大作戦」での活動を含めて、背負っているものは間違いなく増えているのに、それと反比例するように音楽は身軽になっている。もちろん作品の緻密さは変わらないし、その極上のバンド・アンサンブルにはますます磨きがかかっているのだが、この４枚目のアルバムで体感できる浮遊感のようなものは、今までの変遷があるからだろう。親密で美しい音楽だ。
